Grad Day Info
Thursday, October 04, 2007 Dear C2 CT reps,
Please note that you'll have to bring along your class token for your civics tutor on 8 Oct (Mon) and hand it to your faculty's EC. We'll consolidate all and bring them to your respective ceremonies.
Please also remind all your classmates to report at 4pm in the Auditorium for a briefing on the day of your ceremony. Refer to previous smb on grad day for more info. (look below)

Please note the following changes to the reporting time and venue for Graduation Day.
ALL C2 students should report to the AUDITORIUM for a general briefing at 4 pm on the day (ours is on the 9th of October, Tuesday) of their ceremony. Registration and reception (sumptuous dinner, yah right...) starts after the briefing is completed.
Please note the following points in attire:
1. white long sleeved shirt
2. school skirt (2 fingers above knee)/ school pants (with black/brown belt)
3. black leather shoes / black court shoes
4. ties will be given out during registration.
CT reps, please prepare a token for your civics tutor and bring along during the briefing. If you have any queries on Graduation Day, feel free to email wonghm@hc.edu.sg
