1) When there is an increase in Hongbao $$.
(calculated in REAL Gross Hongbao Product, i.e. increase not in P, but Q, meaning relatives do not give more $$, but rather, more relatives giving hongbaos, that is to say, more relatives are married, to make that worse, couples of the same generation, e.g. cousins.)
2) When your nephew can call you "Uncle", knows who you are, can understand what you're saying, and can communicate with you.
3) When you have 1 more nephew and 1 niece.
