If you are experiencing trouble signing up for the sabbaticals, u can try a method hongfei taught me.
firstly, download this html source file from "HERE" or u can right click and view source, whatever u want
thereafter open the file and use Cntrl + F to search for ur desired course title and the run number.
locate for a string [ value="{DC1D0D7E-1ADF-49C9-ACDA-C4F662F10A3F}" ] for your chosen course. it is about 2 lines above the course name. the value varies for each course. for example, "{DC1D0D7E-1ADF-49C9-ACDA-C4F662F10A3F}" is the value for the course B03 - Basic Digital Electronics.
copy the string and add it to the back of this url http://www.online.chs.edu.sg/eapp/student/stu_student_v.asp?action=reg&courseid=
so if u wan to sign up for Basic Digital Electronics, ur url shud be http://www.online.chs.edu.sg/eapp/student/stu_student_v.asp?action=reg&courseid={DC1D0D7E-1ADF-49C9-ACDA-C4F662F10A3F}
